| 30% | Visual acuity 20/70 in both eyes OR 20/50 with 20/200 |
| 20% | Visual acuity 20/40 in better eye with 20/200 in worse eye OR 20/50 with 20/100 |
| 10% | Visual acuity 20/40 in better eye with 20/50-20/100 in worse eye OR 20/50 in both eyes |
| 0% | Visual acuity 20/40 or better in both eyes |
