Per 38 CFR § 4.104, DC 7110: The critical threshold is 5 cm diameter. Aneurysms 5 cm or larger are rated 100% due to rupture risk, regardless of symptoms. Symptomatic aneurysms (precluding exertion) are also rated 100% regardless of size.
